January was such an exciting month for me! It started off with a very special house guest. For a week and a half, I had little PADS Pixel stay with me — he was just eight weeks old! I loved helping him learn how to settle and learn his house manners. We had so much fun. We even went on his very first baby hikes, and he did great with all the big dogs. Having a baby puppy around, even for a short time, made the house extra fun and busy.
I also got to spend time with my friends for some playdates and hikes, too. Even though January has been such a rainy month, the days are getting a little longer, and we were lucky to get some really beautiful weather to enjoy outside.
But the biggest news of the month is my big milestone! I’ve been going through all my medical clearances — and I passed them all! I’ve officially been cleared to be a breeding girl. That means I won’t be going for turn-in in February with the rest of the Dragon litter. Instead, sometime in the future, I’ll be a mama and be having babies of my own. My raiser is so proud of me, and I’m pretty excited about this next chapter too!
