Well, I only picked up Spirit on the 23rd, so I haven’t had him for too long yet, but he’s already stolen my heart. Apparently, I’m not the only heart stolen because wherever I take him, they’re all smitten with him. He’s been going to the YMCA to my classes, he went to the doctor’s office, and of course, all my grandchildren have met him, and I took him to the Home Depot.
I was going to take it slow with exposing him, but he’s eager to learn and very brave. He even walks up and down sets of stairs, the longest being about 24 steps, without hesitation anymore. He matches his name very well.
