March was a super exciting month for Furrow. Furrow celebrated his 2nd birthday. I am so proud of him. His sitter took him out for a very special treat of whipped cream. I have attached a picture of him waiting patiently as he looks at his yummy bowl of whipped cream that he gets to enjoy on his birthday.

Furrow stayed with two different sitters for almost 3 weeks this month, which provided him with the super valuable experience of transitioning between handlers. These dogs need to be able to have the ability to adapt to a new environment with confidence for success. I was very fortunate that I had amazing sitters who were able to provide this opportunity and experience for Furrow.

I was so excited to have Furrow back home with me. I took him out to the park to celebrate. I have attached a photo of him out enjoying the open green space and sunshine at the dog park.

Bonus Pupdate:

We really enjoyed sitting Furrow! He is a gentle, quiet, and sweet dog and is very well-behaved.
He enjoys outings, and he was a star when we went to Costco! Walked with us calmly by our side and didn’t sniff around. He was very focused and stayed on task. We were very impressed!

At home, he was very nice to our cat, Ebi. He was very respectful and slowly introduced himself, which made Ebi accept him right away. We brought him to and from school every day, and he was very calm with all the attention he was getting.
