March kept everyone guessing, with sun, rain, and frost in constant rotation, but I made the most of it with a lineup of breakfast outings. Busy rooms, clinking dishes, delicious smells everywhere.
I checked out a handful of popular brunch spots and really leaned into my role as the ultimate café companion. Lots of observing, a little people-watching, and quietly being the cutest part of the room.
In the second half of March, I stayed with a sitter while my parents went away. Boooo, just kidding, I had the best time. I didn’t even notice they were gone. I think they missed me more than I missed them. The sitter had cool toys, and there were so many dog friends in the neighbourhood. It was basically a social calendar upgrade.
To wrap up the month, I did some final testing to see what my future might look like. My raiser parents are anxiously excited and a little emotional, and honestly, so am I. I think I might know that I could be leaving them soon. I have been staying extra close lately, and all my naps have turned into contact naps, just soaking up every moment together.
Stay tuned, friends. Big things (or little) might be coming.
