Hello world,
Tank here from snowy Alberta, yes, it’s April, but I think mother nature is on a holiday somewhere warm and forgot about us. Even though it’s been snowy, we still had lots of adventures. We continue to work on leash work, but my favourite by far is the sniffy walks. I love figuring out what has been happening in an area. We have seen many new birds that don’t like the weather either.
This month, we walked on a pedestrian bridge that crosses over a major highway in Alberta. Cars and big trucks zoomed underneath us, but it didn’t bother me at all. I met and impressed many people at the home show in our city. Everyone saw me on my best behaviour, but when I got home, I really let loose. Mom has decided that it is enough, so I am on mandatory relaxation. I get a reasonable length of a tether to hang out on. I used to have a bed, but I figured out some fun games to play with that to distract me, so now I lie on the floor.
I discovered I like digging in the dirt. I was “helping” my dad clean up the flower beds. Mom quickly ruined the fun, though. Mom did a new thing when clipping my nails: she made me lie on a table. I worked it like a pro, no problems at all.
Well, that wasn’t very exciting, but that was my life for April.
Talk soon, Tank
