Two weeks ago I arrived in Kelowna. It was difficult to be away from my mom and my sibs but I’ve adjusted. It’s fun here – we play many different games, and when I sit nicely, I get treats!
I’m learning new stuff every day. I have toys to play with and we go outside in the snow and explore new things. Sometimes it’s scary but mostly it’s just fun. Linda keeps a close eye on me; I feel very safe even when I’m scared. I get to go for car rides, meet new people and occasionally I get to see a dog or cat but I can’t play with them. I’m learning good manners, especially when it’s time to eat – I have to sit nicely and wait.
I get so tired when we play, so I like to nap a few times a day. (Linda says I snore!!)
