August was an exciting month for Trek! He celebrated his first birthday with his “sister” Maui and best buddy Chaos. They had a pool party in our backyard and shared a canine cake from Cheddar Dogs.
Trek also got to be a big “brother” to Queso for 10 days. Trek was a fantastic role model for the 4-month old puppy. It reminded me of young Trek learning from his big “brother” Russet.
For puppy class, we practiced using elevated beds as a home base during visits with friends and family.
