With the cold weather this month, Alpine and I had only a few public outings mostly to the grocery store. We have been working on navigating around the store with a shopping cart and Alpine is learning to pay attention to her surroundings a bit more. To compensate for the lack of outings, we have been working hard on proofing the skills she knows while adding duration and distance. This has been tricky for her as she loves to be close to me and has taken her some time to catch on but she is doing well.
We went and watched a ringette game earlier in the month which was a great experience for Alpine. It took a while for her to settle as the game was too exciting but eventually she did lay down. We hope to be able to attend more games in the future.
