Well, I’m coming to the end of my 6 weeks with my newbie sitter. My last sitters helped me to make things easy for this sitter. I’ve learnt a lot and had lots of fun in the yard (cape off time). My sitter says she’s learnt a lot too. My biggest challenge was learning about stairs, and there were lots here. Patience and perseverance paid off. There is so much to see and sniff; I’ve been out and about a lot. People and other dogs are still really exciting, but my sitter says I’m doing really good at learning to ignore. I have cat roomies here too. It took a while for them to come out of hiding, but I was patient. One will run for me to chase, and the other just hisses at me – I don’t know why; I just want to say hi. They sit on the cat tree – I can’t climb that. I’ll miss my cuddle time with my sitter. I know I squirm a lot and need to be more still. But I bet my new trainers will have lots of time for my cuddles.
