This month, Kasota has been working on various PTSD foundation skills such as “Front” and Interrupters (which involves nudging the elbow on a visual cue). She has also been continuing her basic obedience training and working on her impulse control during walks. Kasota will soon be returning to the lower mainland, where she will be reassigned to a new advanced trainer. A big thank you to everyone who helped train and host Kasota, and who gave her all the cuddles during her time in puppy-raising and advanced training.
