I am really settling in, more and more, and this month shows it. I have become calmer and can settle much easier. I can ride in the vehicle and just lie down to rest or sleep. I can jump out now too, but not in, as there’s not enough room.
I’ve been doing so well in my puppy classes and getting to know the other dogs, as well as learning to TRY and not jump up or bark at them. It’s really hard. I even had my first test on how well I’ve come along. We did that in a very big store. I think I did very well.
My raisers took me to a bookstore, which was really fun. So many different smells and lots of books. There were also a lot of kids there too, but I kept my focus as best as I could.
We went on lots of walks too. Some of my training involved walking on a long leash. We checked out a big kids playground, and it was in the rain too. I got to check how far I could get before the end of the leash. We checked out so many things to smell and even walk on, under and around. There is so much to do around these playgrounds.
The last week of this month, I went to stay with another raiser for a while. I am pretty sure I’ll have fun with her. They traded dogs, so my raisers weren’t lonely because it was a puppy swap.
Byeeee.
