Valentino is learning and growing lot, and in Collar number 2 but still in his small vest.  Tino has been busy attending PADS fundraising events in downtown Calgary, at just 4 months for the first one, and he was truly amazingInundated with people nonstop, but he practiced polite greetings with a few tummy rubs thrown in for 2 hours straight.  A very proud puppy Muma, as I was again at Petfest, where he was a superstar for 3 hrs straight and one pee break.

We have encountered some new experiences on loose leash walks, with squirrels, big crows and today, rabbits.  He certainly showed an interest but did not attempt to chase them. He was asked to leave it, and then he sat, and we just watched them.  No guarantee he wouldn’t chase had he been off leash, but that’s a learning curve if and when it happens.

Tino is quite the helper around the house with laundry, especially bringing us TV remotes.  He likes to leash walk our other dogs and sometimes himself, but this I have been disallowing for some time, it was cute though.

Tino visited a school, the Children’s Hospital, and 911 dispatch, all in all. April has been a whirlwind of spreading puppy love and raising awareness of PADS.  Finally, with busy days of training and visits, I am rewarded with the best puppy hugs and snugs.  He really is the best boy ever, with eyes to die for.
