Meet Daegan and his partner Anya. Together, they completed team training in December of 2020 and are excited to celebrate their accomplishments at our 2021 Graduation ceremony.
Daegan came to PADS through our partnership with the Assistance Dog International Breeding Cooperative (ABC) from Brigadoon Service Dogs. He then met his Puppy-Raiser, Helen, who worked to build his confidence and obedience while socializing him to the world around him. When Daegan was ready for Advanced Training, he joined Team Vancouver Island and was sat by Nancy, Linda & Ron, Corry & Richard and Lorri-Anne. On Vancouver Island he worked with his trainer to develop the skills he would need to one day help Anya.
