We love Nancyβs caring natureΒ but what we most respect is her quest for excellence.Β NancyβsΒ steely determinationΒ is a beautiful balance ofΒ giving appreciationΒ and graciously callingΒ us to task when sheΒ knows that we can do better for the organization and our clients.Β She hasΒ beenΒ unwaveringΒ in her support to PADS management and staff and for that we are very thankful.Β Β She continues to support us and sit on the board from her new home in London, Ontario.Β Β
