Meet Dr. Catherine McLaughlin and PADS Accredited Facility Dog Bowyer. Catherine is a psychologist and Bowyer works alongside her with his magic blend of love and calm. Catherine is an important member of our applicant services team, supporting both our application process in the PTSD program and in an advisory role to PADS management and staff.
