MEET Team Baldwin

“A dream 2.5 years in the making and honestly a dream come true. As a school counsellor I work with students that are having a rough day or are dysregulated. My first year I had the privilege of seeing PADS Bunker in action with one of my students. This is when the dream started. I saw the impact that Bunker had on that student, and I wanted the same for the rest of my students.

Baldwin or Mr. Baldwin, as my students call him, has already made a huge difference at the two schools I work at. His presence is calming. Students who regularly are absent are now coming to school just to get to see Mr. Baldwin. His presence helps ground and regulate students just by having hm in the halls. Students are reading to him and practicing math facts with him.

I would like to take a moment to thank all those who have worked with Baldwin for helping him become an amazing AFD! I appreciate all of you and I want you all to be so proud of him. He is a remarkable boy, who is going to make a huge difference in many students’ lives.
