Life-changing Hearing Dogs

PADS Hearing Dogs assist people who are deaf or hard of hearing by physically alerting them to various sounds. These dogs are trained to alert their partners to a variety of sounds such as doorbells, alarms, a phone ringing, a baby’s cry, or a name being called.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

PADS Hearing Dogs are placed with clients across Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, and MB), who have been diagnosed with significant hearing loss. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
