In August, 2025, Ole took the next step in his journey and entered Advanced Training where he was learn the skills needed to support his future partner.

In October, 2025, the decision was made to send Ole to Operation Freedom Paws Canada (OFPC) to work through their service dog program.  Operation Freedom Paws have an ‘owner trained’ service dog program and are currently working towards their ADI accreditation. Their program sees dogs-in-training live full-time with their clients while undergoing a 48-week program. OFPC is located in Fanny Bay on Vancouver Island.
