In November,Β AbraΒ spent some time in the kennel to train and work on her specialized skills, as well as out and about working with her sitter on real-life scenarios. She has settled nicely into using a head halti as a support tool and is also working on reducing its use again. Abra has been extra enthusiastic this month and sometimes finds it hard to truly settle again when she is excited to work and keep an eye on her handler. We are working on bringing back more rest and having her remember that she can decompress and take it easy between sounds or other work. We love her enthusiasm and want her to stay well-rested, too!
