AbraΒ had the opportunity to participate in a week-long trainer’s conference in October. It was quite a challenging environment at times, but by the end, she was doing much better at working with other handlers and relaxing. As an additional support tool for her, Abra has been playing head halti games and working small sessions in a halti to help her be more thoughtful in those occasional moments she wants to disengage and pull. Aside from those few moments, her loose leash walking is looking very sharp! She continues to polish and prep to be ready for pre-placement testing!
