I last wrote to you from Palm Springs, where I spent the last week of November and first week of December. It was nice to come home after 2 weeks away. After that, it was full on Christmas preparations. I definitely got into the spirit as you will see in my photos. I am a pro shopper and enjoy resting in a quiet area in any store while Jen shops. I was quite excited to meet Santa at the hospital and told him I had been a very good boy. I must have made the “nice” list as he brought me lots of cool toys and treats. I even had my own advent calendar.
Iโm slowly getting better at focusing when Iโm around other dogs and got to practice when we went on a field trip to Bass Pro Shop with my friends PADS Duke and Marnie. The highlight of the month was a play date with PADS Blazer, Morley and Shah at the off leash park. Auntie Stephanie arranged it and sheโs the best.
We did a bit of entertaining and I did not eat anything off of the coffee table full of yummy food. I wanted to but would look at Jen and she would tell me not to. I got treats for avoiding it so it was a win in the end! Weโve been working on position changes, car loading (I always want to go explore as soon as Iโm told to get out of the car!) and lots of other things.
