Today I would like to tell you about all of the interesting places I have napped in the last month. I had a nap at the theatre. It was a murder mystery and there were gunshots and everything. Snore. I had a nap at the ballet, though I did enjoy watching the Wizard (of Oz) dance for a bit. I napped at a coffee shop, the farmer’s market and a few stores. Of course, these were in addition to my usual naps in various places at Jen’s work. I do enjoy a good sunbeam nap when I’m at home.
Hearing how much I enjoy napping might make you think that I’m the kind of guy who just likes to relax at home. Nope. I get a bit bored when I have to stay home and much prefer getting out and going places, even if it’s just to Jen’s work. Weekly puppy class is always a good time and we went to Home Depot, Cabellas and Canadian Tire with my PADS fur friends last month. I had a couple of play dates with my best buddy PADS Blazer which were nothing short of awesome. I was very excited to see my sister Galaxy at class a few weeks ago. She’s a little smaller than me as you will see in our family photo below.
We’ve been working on recalls and that is really hard for me when I’m playing with my friends. We’ve also been working on “jump on” (super fun on the playground equipment near our house) and “go in”. I’m kind of big so I don’t fit so well under tables and I like to try to creep out but somehow Jen always catches me. We’re also practicing “go say hi” as I tend to get a little too excited when greeting people and other dogs.
