Hello friends! I have so much to tell you. I was very busy this past month and, to top it all off, I had my first birthday!
Probably the biggest piece of news is that we are having weekly, in person puppy classes again so I get to see my PADS fur friends every week. I really like learning so it is super fun AND I get to see my buddy PADS Blazer. Jen and Tracey say we are nothing but trouble when we get together, but I think we just know how to have a good time.
It finally snowed and I got some fancy new boots so I can run in the snow without my feet getting cold. I donβt mind them. Iβll do just about anything to prolong my playtime outside. To get into the Christmas spirit, I went to the Calgary Philharmonicβs performance of the Muppets Christmas Carol. I slept through most of it.
I have been a travelling fiend this month. I went to Banff as Jen had to attend a conference. I was a very good boy at the meetings. I am writing to you now from Palm Springs. The trip here was my 5th time on an airplane and I rocked it. I am enjoying lounging by the pool and playing tug on the lawn. You may be able to tell from my photos that Iβve been going to the gym. Usually, Jen works out at home so this was my first time in a big gym. Itβs a noisy place but I can sleep through just about anything. Iβve had to do some incredibly boring stuff like going to the outlet mall for hours and shopping around town. On the plus side, Iβm going on tons of walks. I think I fit into the celebrity lifestyle in Palm Springs as I cannot count the number of people here who have told me how handsome I am. If this PADS gig doesnβt work out, I think a modelling career could be on the horizon.
I simply must tell you about my birthday festivities. We had a little party with cake and hats and loot bags at puppy class. On my actual birthday I got a pupcake and special treats and toys.
On the business side of things, I am working on βget itβ which I LOVE as it means I get to pick things up and bring them to people. Iβm learning βtouchβ and we are always refreshing the basics. Jen says Iβm a bit of an impulsive teenager so she keeps putting this snoot loop (gentle leader) on me. Canβt say I enjoy it, but Iβm getting used to it.
