Bazinga worked hard this month! He has really settled into a schedule that works for him and includes a lot of decompression time balanced with higher-intensity exercise to process his Big Feelings.
Bazinga is starting to retain more of his training from session to session, which is a sign that his stress levels are better managed. Good boy, Bazinga!
