Belle started the month with several trips to the service department of the car dealership along with rides home in the shuttle vehicle. She had outings to Starbucks and went out for lunch. She visited the new gigantic Canadian Tire store and two new pet stores. Training outside the dog park continues, and she can sit quietly while quite close to the fence. She has enjoyed trips to the mall and can walk quietly beside me without being distracted by the people passing by. Belle is getting much better at sitting when my granddaughter comes to visit and does not have to jump up to greet her.
She has met the challenge of sitting quietly in front of a stuffed dog or a bag of dog treats.
