It’s starting to feel like Spring! As much asΒ BenelliΒ loves snow, she’s pretty excited about the warmer weather and spending more time outside. Spring on the farm means baby animals! Benelli has been a saint with the naughty baby goats who like to use her as a springboard. She gently sniffs the chicks and ducklings without scaring them. This month Benelli has continued to proof and improve her repertoire of skills in preparation for placement. We are getting creative with new ways to test her understanding (can you hold a Down while baby goats climb all over you? Yes!) She is such an easy dog to bring on field trips and has reached the stage where you forget you have a dog with you.
