Busy times at home with Betty and her 7 puppies! She continued to do such a great job teaching and caring for her littles. We got lots of time to play inside the house and outside in the yard. Betty definitely appreciated having her own blocked-off toileting area separate from the pups. Lots and lots of mini-training sessions as we had to prep the littles for meeting their raisers this month!

Both Betty and I were happy to see them head off into the world. Bromley is off with PADS Calgary, while Skaha and Vaseux joined the Okanagan PADS crew. Fintry flew to Ontario and is part of C.O.P.E (another service dog school). The last 3 (Myra, Mabel, and Haynes) are continuing here in the lower mainland.

We have been hitting the trails and getting back into shape now that our freedom is back. The plan is for Betty to take a year off so she gets to live the good life with no pups for a while. She’ll move on to a sitter and no doubt get pampered as all hard-working mommas should!!!
