It continues to amaze me (and my raiser!) with how many new adventures I can continue to have, even though Iโm into my second year with this family. November brought me to the optometrist to visit Santa (againโฆ I did have a chance to meet the big guy last year as well) and the arcade (noisy!). I consistently impress all those around me with my ability to stay calm and focused on my handler, regardless of my location.
At school, Iโve been doing fabulous work. Even though Iโm still in training, Iโve been a big part of supporting a couple of students in overcoming a lot of anxiety around dogs. I love being an ambassador for PADS and dogs alike. The indoor soccer season is also in full swing, so Iโm a regular at all the Calgary soccer domes. I have yet to be given a jersey though. Just sayin.
It feels great to be back and out in full force and fully recovered! I look forward to the holidays and all the great smells and excitement they bring! My raiser says weโll be out to cut down our Christmas tree this weekend – canโt wait!
