Hello, my friends; Brinks here. January was a different month. I went visiting to a friendly gentleman. But just after I got there, it turned nasty cold. This new friend brought some friends over to visit me. I gave them all my enthusiasm and love I could pour into them. I showed him how wonderfully excitable I am. We werenβt able to go for walks because it was so cold- just quick breaks outside for bathroom use. Mom came back to get me about 10 days after she dropped me off.Β
Soon after we got home, Mom brought playmates home!!!! She tells me we will be together for a couple of weeks. I have proven to be a really good uncle. I say puppies, but mostly, itβs been one at a time. The first one came on a Wednesday, then the second came on Friday-for less than 24 hours, we had a second puppy. Mom took those two to the airport. Then, later that day, I got another puppy! I keep them occupied while they are awake by playing tug and wrestling. Unfortunately, Mom breaks us up just when things start to get really fun. Then, the puppy falls asleep quickly. I have been teaching the puppies how to use the bathroom outside, that sleeping in a kennel is just fine, and to follow mom when she is calling. I have been a big help, Mom says.Β
Then mom told me I was going off to university!!!! On Feb 6th, I get to head back to a home I am familiar with. I lived with this new/old family for a little while before I came to this house. Mom says I am going to love it there; I get to party with friends my age and do big boy things. Mom says sheβll miss me but that we can visit sometimes at puppy class. Although I will have officially graduated, I will be allowed to hang out at times. So this will be my last communication from this address. On to NEW ADVENTURES- Brinks out.
