I’m officially 1 year old! March marked my first birthday and I celebrated with a birthday cookie and a new toy. I also transitioned to Adult food, which was very exciting as the kibbles were bigger!
Spring has arrived in the Okanagan, meaning the snow has been replaced with rain. Mum took the opportunity to let me practice wearing my raincoat. I don’t really have body sensitivity issues, so I basically forgot I was wearing it as soon as we went outside.
The nicer weather meant that we were able to venture out on a hike with a few of my PADS Okanagan pals. We romped our way through Kal Park and had our first lake swim of the year. It was awesome and almost worth the bath that followed.
This month, I continued to work hard at puppy class. We did an exercise that involved passing another dog without a leash, and I’m proud to say I rocked it.
