Cela has settled well into our house’s routine. She loves her new housemate, Sugar, and follows her everywhere. Sugar has a nice calming influence on her. Cela has impeccable house manners and has no trouble settling in her kennel day or night. We are continuing to work on duration, especially in public spaces. She has finally managed to settle in her go-in and actually sleep for half an hour! It probably would have been longer, but it was time to go, and I had to wake her. She still struggles with crossing thresholds, but she is improving with practice.
Cela really enjoyed going to the A&W drive-thru with Sugar to get some tasty pup patties this month. We also visited many places this month, including an elementary school where she was able to relax and enjoy the many hands reaching out to pet her. She struggles to go into more than one store at a time, so if there is multiple-stop shopping to be done, she is okay being left at home in the kennel.
Cela loves to run in the forest with her buddies, especially PADS Toad, and she loves to swim in the ocean. When she is not busy training, she loves to hang out by the pool and is looking forward to lots of sunny weather this summer.
Cela is a very sweet girl and loves her cuddles and spending time with frenz.
