Is it the end of January already? Time flies! I must be having fun. I was out and about quite a bit this month. I went to work with Jen a lot and just last week got to go to the ICU for the first time. So many interesting machines and noises! I went to the clinic and was supposed to settle during appointments. I voiced my discontent with that a couple of times by whining but it didn’t make any difference. I went to a dinner meeting at a fancy restaurant and to the market and grocery store. I went for coffee with my new friend PADS Maren and, considering how much we wanted to play, I think we did pretty darn well at lying nicely under the table. Speaking of playing, big brother Astro and I had a big playdate with many other current and released PADS dogs. Such fun!!! Astro is protective of me and gets in the way if he thinks another dog isn’t being nice to me. He’s the best big brother ever and I love snuggling with him and playing with him. He doesn’t always appreciate when I climb into his kennel with him though.
My leg continues to get stronger and I’m much better at tucking it in when I’m sitting. I’m working on “side”, car loading and just started to learn “bed”. I have a brand new set of pearly whites coming in and Jen says I’m growing like a weed.
Gotta dash to a play date with PADS Maren! Can’t wait!
