Happy February!!!
This month was a month of growing! Including new teefs, there were a lot of lost teefs this month!
We’ve got into a good swing of being with my co-raisers. Raiser C and my brothers from another have taken me on lots of off-leash adventures together, and on my first visit to the beach, I wasn’t a fan of the water coming up onto the beach, but Monty and Stew were great mentors and protectors. I am getting bigger than them now! I’m learning lots about settling while she is studying as well as around the boys.
We had a couple of trips to the mall, which was hard work with other PADS dogs, but they were successful. My first visit to Ikea, where raiser S put me through my paces of ‘go in’ under lots of different tables and chairs.
I’ve been working hard on my default leave it and shined when raiser S was trying to refill her small container with kibble and it fell all over the floor, I just sat looking very longingly at the huge pile but left it alone (I was treated to some yummy dried fish treats) we are still working on proofing this anywhere as its very hard!
At the end of the month, I had my first adventure on a bus and the sea bus. We were off to the Vancouver outdoor show to try to recruit some more Girl Guide volunteers. I ended up being a bit of a draw into the table, even though I was snoozing behind it! We got to practice my four on the floor ‘go say hi’, which is getting better 🙂 and wearing different items like sunglasses and my very own Sparks scarf!
March is looking to be very exciting with extra time spent with Raiser C while S is away, and the sun is coming out for more adventures!
