This month, Crumpet made her way over to Sooke on Vancouver Island. She is staying with a long-term sitter, Don, until there is space for her in a trainer’s string. So far, she has been working on her basic cues, ground sniffing, dog distraction, and loose leash walking with heel & side. Don has also been working on Crumpets recall on the beaches and lessening her habit of licking.
Crumpet has been on various field trips, including visits to Costco, RV camping, grocery stores, pharmacies, doctor’s offices, meetings with 15-25 attendees, and restaurants.
