March has been a much needed relief from the constant rain. DeeDee had been enjoying the new blooming flowers, sunshine, and longer days. We have taken advantage of the nice weather by going for hikes on the North Shore. DeeDee loves to explore the trails, although surprisingly she is not a lover of water… maybe it is still too cold for her.
DeeDee still loves meeting new friends at the dog park and is learning to wait to approach dogs until given permission. She is also practicing her recall while around other pups (the ultimate distraction for her) and regularly receives compliments for her good listen skills (and good looks). DeeDee continues to go to “work” at grocery stores, the library, local coffee shops and restaurants.
We look forward to more sunshine in the coming month.
