Dolce’s potty training is still ongoing. He is sleeping through the night, but I’m working on a consistent schedule for him during the day. Dolce has visited two grocery stores and taken two walks to Lougheed Mall. While simply walking around the mall, he did really well, even with all the distractions.

As I live in a condo, I am working with Dolce to refrain from engaging with other dogs or people in the lobby and the elevator. Dolce does grab slippers and runners at any opportunity, but he is very good at the β€œTrade” cue. We are working on the β€œDress” and β€œGo In” cues. I have an X-pen for Dolce; he does very well and entertains himself easily. He is also good in his kennel.

Dolce is a lovely boy and will sit at your feet for a pet or puppy massage. He loves a massage around his face, ears, and eyes and likes to relax on his back. He likes to be brushed, and we have had help from our trainer, Chelsea, with his nail trimming.

When we are at puppy class, Dolce does pretty well and seems to enjoy it. He loves to do the β€œPerch” cue.
