Hello everyone! I made one of the most exciting discoveries ever: cold, white stuff fell from the sky and made my road really slippery. They call it snow! It didn’t last long at all, but I had a fantastic time smelling it, prodding it with my nose, and even tasting it. I hope to get more one day.

This month, my best friend Blanco hung up his cape and moved in with his new family, but before he left, I tried to spend as much time as possible with him. We went for walkies, did training, and even napped together. I will miss him, and have promised to take care of Taj for him.

In other training goals, I’ve been keeping up my settling. Being an adolescent has made settling in public more challenging, as all the distractions of the world are suddenly interesting again. This means lots of time at the library, although the raiser still hasn’t made an effort to teach me how to read!!

Some other exciting parts of this month have been going to the skating rink to settle, doing more long line sniffy walks, and continuing to add cues to my repertoire.

I’m excited to see what else this year will bring!
