Hi everyone!
November began with a vacation to Howl (Powell) River. It was my second time voyaging there, and I was very excited to return to my human friends and their house. To get to Howl River, I rode on 2 ferries. Last time, it was very hot and sunny, whereas this time I got rained on. Definitely changed the top deck experience.
What was an unexpected surprise was getting a bath in Sechelt, not how a dream vacation is usually advertised. But, a puppy has gotta look his best while travelling. We saw seals, a great, great owl and a bear (well, the people did, I was too short to look out the window and was too busy smelling the salty air to see them)!
Our trip allowed me to practice kennelling in a different house, settle in a number of places and crack on with my LLW practice. I did a self-guided tour, watched people eat, and LLWโd on a dock surrounded by boats. All very exciting!
Besides vacationing, I’ve kept hitting the trail, working on skills and training alongside friends! Despite missing the bear in Howl River, I was able to find one inside a mall.
I’m on a puppy swap for a bit, which should be such an exciting way to learn more!
