Exceptional Elsie joined our home in mid-February and will be with us until turn-in next year.
Her unique colouring brings much attention from the public. I often have to explain that she is indeed a purebred Labrador Retriever, not a Doberman cross, and the black and tan markings are a result of a recessive gene from both her parents.
She quickly won the hearts of our released PADS pets, Electra and Folie, and was a hit on Valentine’s Day at our local bistro.
