PADS Finch had an exciting month!

Finch was spayed at the beginning of the month, and her recovery went really well at her grandma, PADS Izzie’s house. She might have had too much fun so she had to return home a little sooner than scheduled.

PADS Finch also tried Flow yoga for the first time, and she settled so well while everyone made… weird poses, to her eyes. The instructor said it was her first time to have a pup join her class, so we made this class very memorable for her. She was very proud of how much of a good girl Finch was!

Once PADS Finch got a clearance from her vet that she had recovered well from the surgery, Finch went to have a play date with PADS Marsh. PADS Marsh has a big backyard for her to run around with him, and they had a great play together. Then, Finch had a Halloween dress-up for her puppy class! She was a Flounder from The Little Mermaid, and everyone loved her. 🙂

On Halloween day, I forgot to dress her up, so we decided to go to the UBC Bookstore and get a UBC hoodie. It was a bit chilly that day so it was a good day to dress up warm. She settled really well in all of her classes, and the professors were very proud of her!

Then we visited PADS Digby and Toad the cat and had a little furry party. PADS Digby was a gentle giant while Finch was a feisty girl who wanted to play all night. Both PADS Digby and PADS Finch did not bother Toad the cat, so that was a great experience as well. PADS Finch is going to advanced training on Nov 4 and gets to experience the new chapter for a week until she returns to me, now as an advanced sitter, so that was also exciting!
