Update: Findlay and her client are thriving as a Service Dog Team, and sent in this update on their life together:
“When I met my Findlay, I was in awe at her great temperament and training. She is the perfect match for me – playful, athletic, cuddly and also serious about her work!
With Findlay, I am calmer, more balanced and better able to enjoy each moment. Findlay goes everywhere with me – to the gym, yoga practice, medical appointments, driving, meetings, shopping and hiking. I have even gone to watch a Junior B hockey game and enjoyed myself – all because she was at my side.
I am incredibly grateful. Thank you to the many people – staff, volunteers, trainers, donors, and sponsors who helped Findlay become who she is today. I am very excited to be on this adventure together with Findlay!”
