This was Fox’s first month with us. It’s been a learning experience for both of us, and the first few weeks were difficult. But when we got to know each other, things really started to fall into place. Fox no longer jumps on countertops, barks at other dogs, and generally acts very calmly. She sleeps in her bed in the living room, next to the fireplace, while we work from other rooms. She now sleeps in her kennel all night and does not even wake us up in the morning. She used to snore a lot, but changing her bedding definitely helped.
During the few remaining summer days we had in October, it was clear that Fox enjoyed lying in the sun. Fox went to parks, forest paths, a mall, a grocery store, a soccer game, and an ice cream shop.
She appears to be a quick learner and knows more than we are aware of.
