School’s out for summer!!! Wow, that last month was a lot like pre-pandemic middle school, which is something I hadn’t experienced before! We celebrated Pride month, attended some year-end meetings, did lots of activities outside, had a walking field trip for Slurpees, cheered at teachers vs students basketball game and had a few assemblies, including a leaving ceremony for the grade 8 students. I will miss seeing everyone for the next couple of months, but I am looking forward to the summer activities that mum has planned for us, including our MOVE campaign in August…keep an eye out for that!Β
