Summer is maybe on its way!?

This month has been so much fun, and I got to explore and experience lots of different places, people and training partners.

I got to go to my first BC Lions and Canadians games. My raiser was super excited when my predecessor, PADS Tope, was also at the Lions game! We both did so well with only another person in between us.

I got to spend some time with the sitters and Sheen who has been a great mentor on learning to just be with another dog in the home, even sharing a bed with Parker (there’s photo evidence!), we met up with baby Ivy for a Mall walk and our class BBQ, where I made this amazing artwork.

My raiser organized a trail walk on a hot evening, where it was cooler on the trail, and I got to play with Cayenne II – we are the same age, so when the big kids were getting too much, we could play.

I’m still learning to sit still and not follow her if she steps back, but she was pleasantly surprised when I waited on the logs for the pictures to be taken.

I had my first visit to a bowling place where there were lots of balls being thrown, lots of noise from the falling pins, and my raiser always getting up and down. She brought my bed, and we worked on being tethered and staying on the bed. After a little while, I got the hang of it, and went to sleep! A huge win for my raiser!

I’m off to enjoy the sunshine, see you next month!
