We started off the month with a sleepover with Barb and Griff. Griff helped me through my uncertainty about stairs, and I’m happy to say I am now a pro at going up and down stairs.

The list of new places I’ve got to explore with the big pups has grown this month with trips to:

  • Burnaby Village with PADS Sawyer
  • Science world with PADS Sheen – apparently, I weigh the same as a Wolverine!
  • Chinatown
  • Lonsdale Quay
  • Grouse Mountain with PADS Sheen and PADS Parker
  • Capilano Suspension Bridge Park with PADS ParkerΒ

Phew, all of those adventures were a lot of fun. Oh, and I also went to the office with my raiser and spent time with her sparks and guides. I also had well-deserved, relaxing days!

Puppy class, where we are working on our dog distraction, which is very useful when I like to take trips out with the big pups. I also got to spend the weekend with PADS Sheen. It took us a moment to coexist without wanting to play constantly, but it was great settling together when we got it!

I got my vaccines this month, so I was able to start experiencing some off-leash trails. These were lots of fun, being able to play with pup friends outside, and getting special treats when I come back to my raiser when she calls and even for check ins!

Finally, we had a party! Though someone stole my pumpkin cupcake before I even had a chance to eat it, luckily, there was extra. So, I was able to have my first pumpkin cupcake!
