Hey there, It’s me again, Jones, with my monthly update, July was a whirlwind of adventures.

First things first, my learning objectivesβ€”continue both at home and during my weekly puppy classes. I’m like a sponge, soaking up knowledge and skills faster than my kibble disappears from my bowl!

I enjoyed the epic Canada Day Festivities as well as other walks in downtown Kelowna. I celebrated my six-month birthday on the 20th with a party hat and all! Can you believe it, I’m growing fast at 51 pounds, but don’t worry I’m still a puppy at heart, ready to chase my tail and enjoy belly rubs like there’s no tomorrow!

I’ve been hiking like a champ, exploring the great outdoors and savouring every sniff-worthy scent the mountains have to offer. Who knew that being surrounded by trees and rocks could be so exhilarating?

I went paddle boarding again! But let’s just say, I’m still figuring out the dynamics. Paddleboarding might not be my forte just yet, but I’m not giving up.

Oh, and let’s not forget my pet store adventure! I was on a mission to find the perfect chew toy, and boy, did I succeed! But what truly stole the show were the fish tanks. Those aquatic acrobats had me entrancedβ€”I mean, how do they twirl and swirl like that without getting dizzy? It’s a fishy mystery I intend to solve!

So, there you have itβ€”Jones’s July journey, from conquering learning objectives and Canada Day Festivities to celebrating six months of puppyhood, exploring mountains, attempting paddle boarding, and indulging my inner fish enthusiast! Life as a Pacific Assistance Dog-in-Training is a whirlwind of laughter, adventure, and tail-wagging charm. Until next month, keep smiling and stay paw-some!
