Hey there, pawsome pals! It’s your furry friend, Jones, the Labrador Retriever on a mission. Can you believe it’s November already? Time sure flies when you’re having a tail-wagging good time.
This month has been a rollercoaster of new experiences and training milestones. I’ve been putting in the hard work on refining my leash manners, mastering my focus amidst doggy distractions, and working on holding my down. It’s no easy feat, but I’m determined to get this right.
Speaking of friends, I had some fantastic playdates with my PADS buddies β Phoebe, Jelly, and Texas. We chased each other, wrestled in the grass and just had an all-around doggone good time.
On November 11th, we took a moment to pawz and reflect on Remembrance Day, honouring our fallen heroes. It’s a sombre but important day, and even us furry companions take a moment to pay our respects.
Now, let me tell you about the highlight of the month β my vacation! Yep, my raisers needed a break, so off I went to stay with one of the PADS puppy sitters. It was a blast! We went on more hikes than I could count, and guess what? I bumped into my PADS buddies on some of those trails. We even struck a pose for a few photos together. Oh, and did I mention leaves? I had a blast playing in those crunchy, colourful piles. It’s like nature’s playground! Now, I’m eagerly waiting for the first snowflakes to fall. I’ve heard tales of the magical white stuff, and I can’t wait to experience it myself.
As the month comes to a close, I’m already feeling the holiday spirit. Christmas is just around the corner, and I’ve got my wish list ready. Who knows, maybe Santa Paws will make a special delivery for me!
