Hey there, it’s me, Jones, and I’m here to give you the inside scoop on what I’ve been up to during the fantastic month of October.

First things first, my training is coming along quite nicely. You could say I’m becoming a bit of a pro, especially when it comes to getting in and out of the car. The weekly training sessions have been really great, once a week I get to see all of the other local PADS dogs that are in training and together we get to work on and hone our skills.

I’m always working on my skills development, especially when I’m out in the city. I’ve been living the high life, hitting the town for some fine dining. Yep, I went out to restaurants with my raisers a couple of times this month. I’ve been working hard on my table manners. Napkin? Check. No Begging? Double check. No barking at the waiter? Another check. I’m on my way to being a canine connoisseur of restaurant etiquette!

You could also call me a regular shopper these days. I’ve been accompanying my raisers on their trips to Costco, Walmart, Save-on-Foods, and many other great local stores. I’m becoming quite the expert at navigating those store aisles. Who knew shopping could be so much fun? I even had the opportunity to go to the farmers market, where I got to see all the cool crafts and delicious fruits and vegetables on display.

Now, let’s talk about the great outdoors. I’ve been soaking up the changing colours of the leaves and the cooler weather with pure delight. Rain? Bring it on!

One of the highlights of the month was my playdate with my furry friend, Jelly, who’s also in training. We had an absolute blast and created some pawsitively memorable moments. It’s always a great time when you’re with a buddy.

Of course, we can’t forget about the holiday festivities. Thanksgiving was a special treat with family, and I even got to visit a pumpkin patch where I struck some fabulous poses for the camera. Halloween was an adventure in itself. I had some really positive experiences with various costumes and scary decorations. I even tried on a few costumes myself – I must say, I make a pretty dashing pirate, or was it Batman, flash, there were too many great costume choices to choose just one.

So, that’s a wrap on my exciting month of October. I’m loving every moment of my training and the adventures that come with it. Until next month, stay pawsitive, my friends!

Jones out.
