Kasota survived the hot days of August and still managed to take part in lots of fun activities. For training, we worked on a review of some of the commands, such as sit, down and stand, and tried to get a quicker response to each verbal cue. Every Saturday, Kasota and I go to the Farmerβs Market. Kasota loves walking around and showing she can stay calm even when it gets crowded. She has a few special friends who she makes sure she says hi to each week. The highlight of Kasotaβs month was going to the PNE with her PADS class. She reacted well to the crowds of people and got to see a lot of different farm animals up close. Kasota was a very interested spectator at the Super Dogs show.
