Let the festivities begin!
After Libby’s return from her puppy swap mid-month, December continued to be a month full of social events and bright lights. Libby attended several Christmas parties and visited Santa at a mall. She also received a lovely Christmas gift from one of her PADS sitters—thank you, Jeff!
But one of the main highlights was the new addition to the household with the arrival of 5-month-old PADS Elsie! Libby welcomed Elsie with great excitement initially, but soon the pair were best buddies, with cooperative play and lots of cuddle time. Libby has become a wonderful mentor to sweet Elsie—teaching her the art of settling in public and how to earn kibble by practicing skills and cues.
